- Aetna applications must be submitted within 24 hours of Broker receipt.
- Fax all applications to IMG at: 860-669-9230
- Complete all sections of the application correctly
- Make sure to complete the Selling Agent Section on the final page
- Include your scope of appointment form with each application

- Scrub applications thoroughly
- Send a confirmation email of receipt
- Follow up with Aetna on status
- Track your production and credit you for co-op marketing dollars
- Assist with problems or issues
